Here is where we introduce Eeco to the Spectre Universe. Spark and Prox live on a small moon called Mineta. Mineta is a hollowed out moon base designed to conceal the activities of Spark and his Spectre team. The original idea was to have each of the three members of the team have their own outpost within the Sector that they are exploring (which is the Kwari Sector.) But then I decided to have them all live and work in Spark’s Moon Base for convenience. Thus, the Tibari Outpost was born. And it became the impetus for the name of the Spectre Comics sister Site, www.Tibari-Outpost.com. But I digress.
Back to Eeco. Spark and Prox are expecting Reesa, who is the newest member of his Spectre team, and Eeco is to be presented as a gift. Since Spark’s Team is assembling for the first time, this marks their first mission together.
